Updated January 2026
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of PreMedley services.
By purchasing or subscribing to any PreMedley program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. PreMedley provides educational content, group-based tutoring, application guidance, and community support for premedical students. Services may include access to a private online community (e.g., Discord and/or Whop), live group MCAT tutoring and medical school application guidance sessions, session recordings, structured resources, and other materials made available by PreMedley.
Participation in PreMedley does not guarantee any specific MCAT score, academic outcome, interview invitation, or admission to medical school. Outcomes vary based on individual effort and circumstances.
Unless explicitly stated in writing, PreMedley programs do not include unlimited one-on-one mentorship or unlimited access to founders, tutors, or application coaches, and access is structured according to the applicable plan.
2. Programs, Access, and Duration
2.1 Program Structure
PreMedley offers multiple programs and plans, including group-based programs and higher touch plans that may include a limited number of one-on-one sessions. Program inclusions, pricing, and availability are determined at the time of purchase and may vary by plan. Certain plans or plan features may be offered on a limited basis and may not be available for enrollment at all times.
2.2 Ongoing Access & Business Continuity
PreMedley provides access to its programs and services on an ongoing basis while the business remains operational. Access is not lifetime access and is provided only while PreMedley remains operational.
In the event that PreMedley ceases operations, dissolves, or is otherwise unable to continue providing services, PreMedley shall have no further obligation to provide access to programs, content, tutoring, mentorship, or related services, and no refunds or credits shall be owed for unused or remaining access.
PreMedley reserves the right to modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of its services, including session formats, instructors, schedules, platforms, or resources, as operationally necessary.
2.3 Non-Transferability of Access
All PreMedley plans, subscriptions, accounts, and included services are provided solely to the individual who enrolls and are strictly non-transferable.
Access may not be shared, assigned, sold, gifted, sublicensed, or transferred to another individual for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to, access to the community, live sessions, session recordings, one-on-one sessions, founder check-ins, and third-party resources such as AAMC or UWorld materials.
Any attempt to share, transfer, or otherwise misuse access may result in immediate suspension or termination of access without refund, and may be treated as a material breach of these Terms. PreMedley reserves the right to pursue any remedies available under these Terms or applicable law, including denial of future access and dispute or chargeback rebuttal.
3. Pricing, Promotions, and Discounts
Program prices are listed at the time of purchase and are subject to change. From time to time, PreMedley may offer promotional pricing, enrollment incentives, or call-only discounts. All promotions:
- Are discretionary and may be modified or revoked at any time
- Are not guaranteed outside of their stated availability window
- May not be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated
Failure to enroll during a stated promotional period or sales call may result in full pricing applying.
4. Payment Terms
Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, and other methods as made available at checkout. Payment plans, if offered, are governed by the terms presented at the time of purchase.
You are solely responsible for managing your subscription, billing, and cancellation settings. PreMedley is not obligated to provide renewal or billing reminder notifications.
You may confirm your next billing date, update your payment method, or cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account at whop.com, or by contacting PreMedley at contact@premedley.com.
You are responsible for ensuring successful payment completion.
4.1 Payment Plans & Non-Payment
If you enroll in a payment plan, you agree to timely and complete payment of all installments according to the schedule presented at checkout. Payment plans do not alter the total purchase price and do not create a month-to-month subscription unless explicitly stated.
Access to PreMedley services is conditioned on your account remaining in good standing. If a payment fails, is declined, reversed, or otherwise not successfully processed, PreMedley reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to programs, services, community platforms, sessions, recordings, and other resources until payment is resolved.
If payment is not cured within a reasonable period, PreMedley may cancel your membership or enrollment without refund. Outstanding balances remain due and payable, regardless of access status.
Failure to complete a payment plan does not entitle you to a refund for any amounts already paid.
5. Upgrades, Downgrades, and Plan Changes
Subscribers may request to upgrade to a higher-tier plan at any time, subject to availability. Upgrade pricing will be based on the difference between the plans at the time of upgrade and may be prorated or non-prorated at PreMedley’s discretion.
Downgrades to a lower-tier plan are not guaranteed and may not be permitted once a plan has begun, particularly for plans that include one-on-one sessions, third-party materials, or other premium features.
Plan changes do not reset or extend any free trial, refund, or cancellation period unless explicitly stated in writing by PreMedley.
6. Free Trials, Risk-Free Cancellation & Refund Policy
6.1 Free Trials (If Offered)
Certain plans or offerings may, from time to time, include a free trial period. The availability, duration, scope, and eligibility requirements of any free trial will be clearly disclosed at the time of enrollment and may vary by plan.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise:
- Free trials provide limited access to PreMedley services and may exclude one-on-one sessions, third-party materials (including AAMC (365 days) or UWorld (180 days) access), or other premium features
- Free trials automatically convert to a paid plan at the end of the stated trial period unless canceled prior to the trial’s expiration
- PreMedley reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue free trials at any time, and to limit free trials to new members only
6.2 Risk-Free Cancellation (If Offered)
Certain plans may include a risk-free cancellation period, beginning at the time of purchase. The availability, length (e.g., seven (7) days), and specific terms of any risk-free cancellation period will be clearly disclosed at the time of enrollment and may vary by plan or promotional offering.
PreMedley’s standard practice is that access to one-on-one tutoring sessions and third-party resources (including AAMC and UWorld materials) is unlocked after the risk-free cancellation period ends. However, in limited circumstances, access to one-on-one sessions or third-party resources may be granted before the cancellation period expires.
For plans that include a risk-free cancellation period, refund requests must be submitted by emailing contact@premedley.com within the applicable cancellation window disclosed at enrollment.
If a refund request is submitted within the applicable cancellation window:
- If no one-on-one sessions have been used and no third-party access has been issued or redeemed, the purchase may be eligible for a full refund.
- If access to one-on-one tutoring sessions or third-party resources (including AAMC or UWorld access codes) has been granted before the cancellation period ends, any refund will be reduced by the fair market value or retail cost of the resources or sessions accessed, even if such access was not fully utilized.
If eligible, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary by payment provider.
6.3 Refund Limitations
Refunds are not available after the applicable risk-free cancellation window has passed.
Once one-on-one sessions are used, scheduled, or accessed, or once third-party resources are issued or redeemed, the purchase becomes partially or fully non-refundable, as described above.
PreMedley reserves the right to deny or reduce refund requests in cases of suspected misuse, abuse, excessive consumption of services, or attempts to access high-value resources during a cancellation window without intent to remain enrolled.
7. One-on-One Sessions
Certain plans include a finite number of one-on-one tutoring or advising sessions.
- One-on-one sessions have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be resold
- Sessions must be scheduled through PreMedley’s designated booking system
- Availability is subject to tutor schedules, capacity constraints, and operational considerations
- PreMedley does not guarantee that one-on-one sessions can be scheduled within any specific time frame
- Students may not book all included one-on-one sessions within a short period if doing so exceeds available capacity
- Unused sessions do not roll over indefinitely and are not refundable
Where applicable, one-on-one sessions typically unlock after any applicable free trial or risk-free cancellation period, as disclosed at enrollment.
7.1 Capacity Limits & Waitlists
Certain plans, features, one-on-one sessions, or services may be subject to capacity limits. When capacity is reached, PreMedley may place interested subscribers on a waitlist.
Placement on a waitlist does not guarantee enrollment, session availability, or access within any specific timeframe. PreMedley reserves the right to manage waitlists, prioritize enrollment, limit booking volume, or close waitlists at its discretion.
8. Founder Success Check-Ins
Some plans include a limited number of founder success check-ins. These sessions are intended for high-level strategy and planning purposes only and do not constitute ongoing mentorship or unlimited access to founders.
Availability and format may vary.
9. Third-Party Materials
Certain plans may include access to third-party resources such as:
- AAMC Official MCAT® Materials (three hundred sixty-five (365) days of access from the date the access code is issued or redeemed, whichever occurs first)
- UWorld MCAT QBank (one hundred eighty (180) days of access from the date the access code is issued or redeemed, whichever occurs first)
Access details, timing, and instructions are provided during onboarding or after any applicable risk-free cancellation period.

Some tutors or application coaches may offer independent, a la carte one-on-one services paid directly by students. PreMedley is not a party to these transactions and does not process payments, mediate disputes, or provide refunds related to independent tutor services.
11. Community Access & Conduct
11.1 Access to the Private Platform
Subscribers receive access to PreMedley’s private online platforms and community (including, but not limited to, Whop and Discord), which contain educational content, resources, and discussion spaces.
By accessing or participating in the private platform, you agree:
- To use the platform solely for educational and personal development purposes
- To comply with all posted community rules, guidelines, and codes of conduct
- Not to share access credentials, invite links, or private content with non-subscribers
PreMedley reserves the right to suspend or terminate community access for violations of these terms, with or without notice.
11.2 Respectful Communication
PreMedley is committed to maintaining a supportive, inclusive, and respectful community environment. Subscribers must engage respectfully at all times.
The following behaviors are not tolerated and may result in removal from the community or termination of access:
- Harassment, hate speech, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, religion, age, or disability
- Disparaging comments, personal attacks, threats, or targeted harassment
- Divisive or inflammatory speech related to politics, current events, or public controversies that may incite conflict, disrupt the community, or make others feel unwelcome
11.3 Off-Topic and Disruptive Content
PreMedley is a space dedicated to supporting students preparing for the MCAT and applying to medical school. To maintain this focus, community discussions must remain relevant to medical school preparation, the MCAT, and the admissions process.
Content or behavior that consistently strays from these topics, detracts from the purpose of the community, or disrupts productive discussion is not permitted and may result in moderation, removal, or banning at PreMedley’s discretion.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Speech related to politics, current events, or public controversies that may incite conflict or make others feel unwelcome
- Repeated promotion of unrelated services, ideologies, or non-PreMedley communities
- Self-promotional content (including links, services, or social profiles) without prior written approval from the PreMedley team
11.4 Access to Tutoring & Application Guidance Sessions
PreMedley hosts virtual group tutoring sessions and medical school application guidance sessions for eligible subscribers. Session schedules, frequency, formats, and instructors may vary and may change from week to week based on availability, academic cycles, or operational needs.
By participating in live sessions, you agree:
- Not to share session links, invitations, or access information with non-subscribers
- That the name used when attending live sessions (e.g., on Zoom or similar platforms) must reasonably correspond to the name used during enrollment
- That you are responsible for independently purchasing or registering for any MCAT or application-related materials referenced during sessions that are not provided directly by PreMedley or available for free
Some tutoring and application guidance sessions may be recorded and made available within the community at PreMedley’s discretion. Recordings are not guaranteed for every session.
By attending live sessions, you consent to being recorded. Recordings are provided exclusively to eligible PreMedley subscribers. Unauthorized sharing, distribution, reproduction, or posting of recordings is strictly prohibited and may result in removal from the community, termination of access, and/or legal action.
11.5 Third-Party Content
PreMedley does not claim ownership or rights to any third-party content displayed in the Discord community, during live sessions, in recordings, or within any other PreMedley channels.
By subscribing to PreMedley, you acknowledge and agree that you have independently purchased, registered for, or otherwise obtained lawful access to any third-party materials referenced.
12. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property
All original content provided by PreMedley is for personal, non-commercial use only and remains the intellectual property of PreMedley or its licensors.
Unauthorized sharing, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
13. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PreMedley shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
14. Privacy
Your use of PreMedley is subject to our Privacy Policy.
15. Marketing & Media Use
By participating in PreMedley programs, you grant permission for anonymized excerpts, recordings, or screenshots to be used for promotional purposes unless you opt out in writing.
15.1 SMS Communications
By providing your mobile phone number and expressly opting in, you consent to receive SMS (text message) communications from PreMedley related to your interaction with our services. These messages may include responses to inquiries, account-related notifications, scheduling or program updates, educational communications, and, where separately consented to, promotional or marketing messages.
SMS consent is obtained through clear and voluntary opt-in methods, including website forms or other enrollment processes. Providing a phone number alone does not constitute consent. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase, and where applicable, consent for marketing messages is collected separately.
Message frequency may vary depending on your engagement with PreMedley services. Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages unless you re-enroll. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us at contact@premedley.com.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services necessary to deliver SMS communications.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
16. Age Requirements & Parental Consent
PreMedley services are intended for individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age.
If you are under the age of eighteen (18), you may only access or use PreMedley services with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By enrolling an individual under eighteen (18), the parent or legal guardian represents and warrants that they have reviewed and agreed to these Terms and Conditions on behalf of the minor and accept full responsibility for the minor’s participation.
PreMedley may request verification of parental or guardian consent at any time and reserves the right to restrict or terminate access if such consent is not provided.
17. Arbitration & Dispute Resolution
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or your use of PreMedley services shall be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property or confidential information.
Arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class, collective, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against PreMedley.
The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and shall take place in the State of New Jersey, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.
Each party shall bear its own costs associated with arbitration, except as otherwise required by law.
18. No Partnership, Employment, or Agency Relationship
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be construed to create any partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between PreMedley and any tutor, application coach, mentor, or subscriber.
Tutors and application coaches who provide services through or in connection with PreMedley do so as independent contractors or independent service providers and are not employees, agents, or representatives of PreMedley. PreMedley does not control the manner or means by which independent tutors perform services outside of PreMedley’s platform.
19. Force Majeure
PreMedley shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, or failure to perform resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, epidemics or pandemics, government orders, labor disputes, internet or platform outages, power failures, or third-party service disruptions.
In such events, PreMedley may suspend, modify, or reschedule services without obligation to provide refunds or credits.
20. Amendments
PreMedley reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
21. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
By purchasing or participating in PreMedley programs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
